I ♥ the fact that my workout is done by 7am and I am left feeling great the rest of the day :) I have also enjoyed meeting all the new people I probably would have never met without MXT :) As for you Sean I think you are an amazing leader/teacher and I think you could motivate anyone to enjoy exercise and the benefits from it! Keep on keeping on ♥ ♥ ♥
I ♥ the results i'm getting!!! My upper body strength has nearly doubled (I can't even believe it!!) and I beat my time and score of my last fitness tests! WOOOHOOO!! :-D thank you Mayhem Fitness!! Oh by the way, wish we had class on the weekends - Jillian just isn't any comparison! I don't even think i got my heart rate up.
I cannot afford to be anywhere else... I need this physically and mentally. I care for 2 disabled people in my family, if I do not take care of me and stay in shape, how can I take care of them. I owe it to myself and to my family to remain healthy. Thank you Mayhem Fitness & Cross Training! I especially like the indoor facility ...& the spring loaded floor is sooo much easier on my joints compared to working out on an uneven dirt area. Thank you Sean you create a really great & inspiring routine!

My three favorite things about MXT.. 1 - Leader motivation - that's you Sean, 2 - knowing that my camp buddies will be there when I arrive which motivates me to get up in the dark AM, and 3 - the motivational, upbeat, happy sing-a-long MUSIC!! Did I say MUSIC ?
I love having energy all day and having someone motivate and push us!!! Feeling the burn all day is pretty nice! :)
My favorite part is you Sean and the other friends that I have made at MXT! You all keep it fun and keep me motivated! Thanks for all that you do!

OH MY GOSH, WHERE DO I BEGIN??? 3 Things I LOVE about Mayhem Fitness!!! 1) The positive atmosphere and motivation and how everyone is encouraging each other!!!! 2) The energy that I have throughout the day after just one hour of MXT is amazing!!! 3) Whether you have 2 people or 20 people in a class, our Coach Murphy is a personal trainer who takes time to answer questions, AND he actually WANTS us to reach our goals to being healthier, trimmer, fitter, and leaner. This is the BEST work-out that I have ever had in my whole life!!!!
I HATE this program! Or I should say that I hate rolling out of bed to get to the 6am class, but I do LOVE the results! I feel awesome about being healthy, fit, & strong - and Sean's program keeps me on the straight & narrow. Each class is different, intense, & allows me to push myself hard (with frequent nudges from Coach Sean). And the people in the class are a bonus, super supportive of one another and just plain fun to workout with. Thanks Sean!
It's the ONLY thing I ever got up at 5am for for sure!!!! LOTS of great people, a fabulous trainer and love the challenges daily! Also lost about 25 pounds and discovered SPARK drink that could keep me awake better than the coffee I was guzzling before class!!!
8-3/4" lost and 6 pounds - GONE! And I am feeling fabulous! I am loving MXT every morning, enjoying the new friends I have found and most of all I am enjoying the new slimmer, trimmer me! Thanks Sean! I truly am a Smokin' Hot Grandma!
5 weeks straight of early mornings and sore muscles but results are starting to show! Lost 2% body fat, total of 4 inches, lost 5lbs of fat and gained 2lbs of muscle. Big thanks to Sean Murphy at Mayhem Fitness & Cross Training for being a motivator and making this challenge fun!
Feelin soo good this morning. I love strength training @ MXT!! I even got a compliment on how my back muscles are lookin today. Life is good!!
If anybody wants to see healthy results....whether it's losing major pounds, fitting into those cute jeans/bathing suits that at one time worked for you OR wanting to improve your performance in your favorite sport, MXT will do it for you! I was so amazed at my results...in only 3 weeks! I already worked out regularly but was still busting out of my clothes and nursing shoulder and ankle issues. Now, 3 months later my clothes that I started growing out of 5 years ago fit me better NOW than they did THEN! AND, I have kissed my ankle brace goodbye and my shoulder doesn't bother me anymore!! When I play tennis, my opponents comment about my ability to get to so many balls and mention how buff I look (that's a little embarrassing but nice at the same time!!)
O M G: Didn't think it was possible...an Irish Madman made me toss my cookies today...Sean Murphy! LOL, It was loads of fun,in a motivational way....If anyone is interested in Mayhem Fitness & Cross Training, HOLLA...Sean is great! And If I can pull it together to work out that way, whew, anyone can!!!!! What a great program, I'd love to see more of you out there!!!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE MXT!!! For someone that hasn't really ever belonged to a gym or done anything like this, i have to say now after a month, I am 3 inches smaller around my waist, eating better, and feeling stronger. The people in the classes are supportive and fun to work with. AND OF COURSE Sean Murphy rocks!!!!
OMG I have to share.. as I was walking into a store on my way to a meeting two people that I don't know let me know how amazing I looked...strangers! I am on cloud 9 ;) Shows my mornings are paying off!!
So excited!! I am able to wear a skirt I haven't worn in YEARS! Guess MXT is paying off. :)
Just wanted to thank you for helping me stay motivated this week! I just finished my first week of MXT this week and I'm feeling great! It's amazing what only 3 sessions can do! I have lots more energy, feeling fit and healthy, and ready to conquer the day! Your motivational emails are very encouraging! Already looking forward to Monday! Have a great weekend!
I can honestly say, I would not have been able to conquer Old Rag Mountain had it not been for boot camp.... with that said... it still kicked my butt!! Hoping to make it in the morning, ha!
This week has been brutal... says the girl whose pants keep getting baggy. Thanks for pushing us!
Just want to share the good news - I started boot camp with the hopes of fitting (comfortably!) into a size 6 dress for the Marine Corps Ball. I went on Thursday and my dress fit beautifully...not to mention my arm muscles complimented it well ;) Thanks MXT!!

After 14 workouts, I can't believe how much better I already feel! So much more strength and energy!! When we run our laps during warm-up, I used to want to lay down and die when you would call out "Half-Way"!! Now I can make it through the warm up still feeling pretty good! (Unless you yell "Burpee's"!!) So I just wanted to thank you so much for your awesome classes! I have been having a great time!!
I would like to echo Kym's sentiments! I love this class, and I appreciate everything you do to keep everyone pumped up and encouraged. I feel much better than I did before I started, and I have noticed some subtle physical changes as well... ...Thank you, Sean, for your passion and commitment to getting us "couch potato" selves off the couch and excited about working out again! You are an amazing coach and motivator, and I know we feel very blessed to have been able to work with you!
Not only have you cost me a small fortune because of the clothes I had to buy when I lost all those inches last year...but I just found out today that my bone density has improved, and that's solely due to the weight bearing exercise that I learned with you and was motivated to continue even if you aren't barking at me to keep going! Wooo-hoooooo!
So, I've realized why I like going to MXT so much first thing in the morning...after I work out I literally go the rest of my day feeling indestructible. its. so. awesome!
