#1 - Purchase the Deal From CBS 6 - Click this Link if you have not Purchased your deal yet!



#2 - Email Sean at coachseanmurphy@gmail.com to inform us you have made your purchase and to let us know when you would like to start.  Because of class limiting sizes you may not be able to participate if you just show up.  It is VITAL we get you registered on our schedule!  You may choose any class Monday - Friday from one of these 5 time slots - 5:45 am 7:00 am 8:30 am 1:00 pm and 5:45 pm.  There may be flexibility for you to participate in more than one class time.  PLEASE send us this request and let us know which days you need that flexiblity.



#3 - Bring your forms (which will be emailed to you) and Voucher with you to your first Personal Training or MXT class.  Read this checklist of how to pre-pare for your first day!
